I think they should be posted on the web site, with a side posting
(one time only) to this newsgroup.

As an example, I've added task #1433 to the bugs list.  I'll add
some more of the ones I've raised in the next few days.

Be aware that when I raise an issue, it's because I've written
a test case that exercises the bug.  I can rerun these test cases
at will, so the bugs will not get lost.  I started writing these
test cases for other lisps (ACL and CMUCL, mainly), so some
parts of the test suite are too ANSI to run under GCL at the moment.
I'm going to put up some ANSI compliance tasks that will help the
tests run better (for example, a fix for DEFPACKAGE).

Is there any way I can put these tests on a remove CVS server so
anyone can download them?  My ISP doesn't support this and they
don't let me use my machine as a server.
