[Gchemutils-main] 0.13.98 (0.14.0beta1) released.

Hi,

0.13.98 is the first beta release for 0.14.0. Main news are:

GChemPaint:
* Don't freeze after an aborted molecules merge.
* Initialize the bond order for the Newman projection tool.
* Don't crash when adding brackets around a fragment.
* Fix undoing a molecule partial flip.
* Fix bracket stoichiometry index position after a transform.
* Fix explicit lone pairs count evaluation.
* User documentation updated.

As goffice-0.10.0 is not there, we'll have to wait for it before getting
the next stable release.
This will leave some time to update the translations, and, hopefully,
find and fix as many bugs as possible.
