[Gchemutils-main] 0.12.0 released.

Hi,

This new, hopefully stable release is now available. Main news (relative
to 0.11.98) are:

GChemPaint:
* Fixed various text related minor issues.
* Fixed fragment loading issues (both old and new format).
* Don't crash after closing a file with selected objects.
* Exit more cleanly.
Other:
* Add various mime types in desktop files.
* Fixed some API documentation issues.
