[Gchemutils-main] Release of the Gnome Chemistry Utils 0.8.4

Hi,

This is a maintainance release. It fixes a few issues: 


      * enhanced build system (Daniel Leidert).
      * new pt_BR translation (Gregoire Demets).
      * a few fixes, see ChangeLog for details.
