[Gchemutils-main] The Gnome Chemistry Utils 0.4.0 are available.

Hi,

This new version is mostly identical to 0.3.2. No bug has been found
during the three last months, so I consider it stable.

The code has been cleaned from "unstable" stuff and the gchem3d-viewer
has been merged in from 0-2 branch.
New translation (in this branch): de.

This version is not binary compatible with the previous stable releases
(0.2.x). Users of applications based upon this library will have to
rebuild their applications. This concerns both GChemPaint and Gnome
Crystal.

Branch 0-2 is now dead. New development will now occur in the 0.5.x
