[Gchemutils-main] The Gnome Chemistry Utils 0.3.2 released

Hi,

This is the third release in the 0.3.x development series.

WARNING: It is not stable and should not be used with stable
applications. It can be installed along with a 0.2.x version with only
minor interferences.

News in this release:
- Several bugs fixed, most of which were in the Object class.
- Object::OnSignal signature and Document class implementation has
changed and break compatibility with previous version.
- New translation: de (thanks to Christian Lohmaier).

This version is needed by gchempaint-0.5.3 to be released later today.
