[Gchemutils-main] Version 0.1.7 released.

Hi,

The main new feature in this release is the documentation which has been
generated using doxygen (gtk-doc did not work with the C++ sources).

Main changes are:

- Added a maximum number of bonds for atoms.
- Added some documentation.
- Some code cleaning in crystalviewer directory.
- Some bugs fixed.

Also, some headers files were missing in 0.1.6, there should be no
problems with this version.
