      Not sure if you're just looking at Jitsi or alternative's? There's
      Big Blue Button. You can try it at meet.coop/b
      
      I use Jitsi quite a lot and have found it works pretty well.

I have tried a couple of servers, including the FSF one, but the time lag was so long it made serious dialogue impossible.
