[Fsuk-manchester] MFS meeting frequency

Hi MFSers

Our current venue can no longer host us as a community group.  MFS
thanks Manchester Science Partnerships for accommodating us since
January.  Given this, combined with some low attendance at meetings,
means we are considering switching to on demand meetings.  This would
mean that meetings would only occur if enough people committed to
attending a meeting on a particular topic.
