[Fsuk-manchester] Help MadLab become a cycle hub!

Madlab are trying to get funding become a "cycle hub" and I know one or
two of you cycle to Madlab so could you fill out the PDF in this link
(you might need to copy and paste the questions into an email if you
can't fill out the PDF but that should be OK):
