Sounds great bar the PowerVR-based SGX GPU, which  has crippled all too many a potentially great ARM Linux board by lacking any open source drivers, which have been promised for as long as I can remember but still - nothing.

It has interesting features to me, especially Free Hardware design + 2
Gigabit Ethernet + 2G RAM + USB 3.0 and more.  Looks like it has sadly
been delayed and delayed again but due to be out in December from what I
can tell.
