[Fsuk-manchester] Venues for R. Stallman in November

Richard Stallman is considering a trip to the UK in early November and is 
looking for speaking venues. He has asked me to make enquiries on his behalf.

Do you know of an organisation / society / institution that could host one of 
his talks?

Richard has indicated that these enquiries are urgent as he intends to decide 
on whether to book his transportation today. Please reply as soon as possible 
if you have some ideas.
