[Fsuk-manchester] OWASP Manchester

Due to the success of OWASP Leeds chapter[1] meetings held in Manchester,
Simon Bennetts and I have formed a Manchester chapter.

We are planning two meetings this year on 24th August and 16th November.
There are talks lined up for both events, but we still have more slots
available. If you have any suggestions for talks or speakers, or would
like to speak yourself, please get in touch.
