I have an answer but only from one side and to be honest it did seem an 
objective presentation of the facts, balancing the viewpoints of both 
sides - but it looks as though Okay Computer can progress under it's new 
umbrella so that's good.

I would suggest that it is important, since they are pushing free 
software.  This is something to be encouraged.
