The mail Simon sent to the ManLUG list had a To field of just:
To: address@hidden
Using the "Linux" command line:
$ $SHELL --version
GNU bash, version 3.2.39(1)-release (i486-pc-linux-gnu)
Copyright (C) 2007 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
$ grep --version
GNU grep 2.5.3

$ grep GNU manlug.txt
Mail-Followup-To: Manchester GNU/Linux Users
<address@hidden>
That's it, no other headers with GNU in.

There isn't List-Post header in Simon's ManLUG email.
