[Fsuk-manchester] Free Software philosophy in the UK group

In our following of the Free Software philosophy we are not alone in the
UK. There are other groups, and individuals, in other areas of the
country that believe in the Free Software philosophy. Moves are under
way to form a group to unite these disparate individuals and groups, to
share contacts, ideas, leaflets, what works, what doesn't, etc. and
generally help push forward the Free Software philosophy in the UK. We
are going to, at least initially, use the FSFE-UK mailing list to
