Creative Commons don't have a definitive answer either, see their FFAQ:
"Is use X a violation of the Noncommercial clause of the licenses?"
http://wiki.creativecommons.org/FFAQ#Is_use_X_a_violation_of_the_Noncommercial_clause_of_the_licenses.3F
A video that is worth watching and relevant is "How Creative Commons
licenses can interact with commerce":
http://mirrors.creativecommons.org/movingimages/cc-plus-commercial-video.ogg
It also explains about copyright and licensing in general, which very
relevant to free software.

As long as the grazing isn't for commercial purposes then you'd be allowed.
