There are quite a few on Sourceforge, although not
all actually have

Another that was near the top on a quick search was
XMind:
http://www.xmind.net/ . This is
also written in Java and is licensed
under GPL v3. There is also a
commercial product (XMind Pro) with
extended functionality.
I
haven't used either of these so I am making you aware of them rather
than
"recommending" them but they are certainly worth a
look.
