“It’s going to be” says it all.  It actually happening is a different
matter.  Free software is in a good part a philosophy, and you don’t
make free software by saying you will, you have free software as your
core, it is a foundation for what you build.  Google are very “open
source” friendly, but at the same time they hide a lot of their stuff
away from the world.  I’m skeptical to say the least.
