[Fsuk-manchester] Chairperson nominations

After that little delay of deciding the term length we’re left with a
slightly shorter time to get on with the election of the new
chairperson.

Nominations are now open.  People may nominate for themselves or others.
Nominations should be sent to address@hidden and address@hidden

There will be a short period to confirm whether those nominated will be
standing, as follows:

Nominations submitted before Thursday 16th October.
Candidates announced on or by Sunday 19th October.


The original schedule discussed backstage was:

| Voting opens on Saturday 18th October.
| Votes to be submitted before Saturday 1st November.
| Votes tallied, announced.
| Admin meeting + handover on 10th November.

Because of the delay I’m changing that to:

Votes to be submitted before Monday 3rd November.
Votes tallied, announced.
