Note that if it was just a trademark, then that would be true, but
that particular trademark policy has been included (as a bug IMO) into
the 2.0/uk copyright licences, so this particular one isn't limited by
the limits of an ordinary trademark.  Using copyright licences to
protect trademark-like things is full of difficulties and rapidly
becomes an unacceptable surrender of freedom IMO.

Debian Developer Ian Jackson's recent posts to cam.transport (or it
might have been uk.rec.cycling) might dispel that belief for some.
