I'm looking for somewhere in Manchester where I can buy a PCMCIA 802.11g
wifi card which will be supported by my Debian 4.0 laptop without using
binary drivers, ndiswrapper etcetera.

MicroDirect, my preferred supplier of computing equipment, used to sell
the Gigabyte cards which used RealTek chipsets supported by the rt2x00
family of GPL'd drivers, but they no longer appear to do so.

Failing meatspace suggestions, I will consider buying online, but I'd
really prefer to avoid that if at all possible.
