I have to admit that I'm really not a purist when it comes to Open Source vs. 
Free Software and in a business sense, I'll use whatever I think goes down 
better.

Some people do prefer "Free Software" for business, like the nice folks at 
M6-IT.  Of course, the problem is the free-as-in-speech vs free-as-in-beer 
issue that the English language has got us stuck with and explaining your terms 
in advertising is tricky.  Generally speaking, I reckon "Free Software" plays 
better, or just as well, with the voluntary sector and community organisations, 
whereas "Open Source" works better with commercial organisations; but I'm not 
going to get worked up about it either way :-).
