Noah,

If you'd like to start a York group. I can help you do that. The more
groups we can started, the better.

I would suggest however, we wait and work out some of the fine details
on this group first, before establishing a cookie cutter group.

The York 'LUG' is far more responsive to issues of Software Freedom than
Manchester. I gave a talk there last year about these issues.
