I am very sorry I couldn't be of more help this month. I only started translating and giving format and then I got too busy. I am switching jobs and moving to Buenos Aires this next couple of weeks so it's been very hectic for me.
But I renew my commitment: starting next month I'll add a task on Google to remind me of the translation, as sometimes I forget when it gets buried under tons of mail. And I commit to dedicate at least half an hour a day to translate when the bulletin comes.
I agree with you that we have to improve to be faster. I can hear more ideas. I think the worflow isn't bad but only if we work hehe.

Sorry, this month I couldn't help in translation, proofreading, etc...
Today I have reviewed the translation, seems that nobody else but
Esteban did it, or at last didn't mention here in mailing list.

So, after fixing some typos, some "bugs" etc, attached you can find
the .md file with the final version. It's sad to publish that almost
at the end of the month.
¿Do you have ideas to improve this work flow? ¿How to be more
efficient, and proactive?

Maybe having access to the final items when the are up to date in
their final version, and adding them to pad for translate without
waiting the final support release?
Why not to talk a bit about that here in mailing list? or maybe in
another way (IRC, jabber, ...) ideas are welcome!
