[Fsfe-uk] GPLv3 draft 3 to be released on Wednesday 28th

Richard Stallman announced this on Saturday:

Draft 3 is the result of 8 months of public comment and committee
discussion.

On April 1st, Stallman will speak on GPLv3 in Brussels.  We'll be recording
it (fingers crossed) and I hope to make a transcript.  Event page:
