I don't think he was advocating free and illegal use of the spectrum with
unbundling of base stations.
Perhaps he meant the kind of phone customization I need. The WM5 mail client is
a bit of a curates egg, and I would dearly love to be able to scratch the
itches, so I wait xanadux and xda-developers, the project is nearly at a stage
where I can join in on my platform - once haret starts loading some kind of
kernel.
