Hi all,
Has anyone had any experience of dotP?
Its the cabinet office's all singing, all dancing, fully accessible,
fully eGif, etc cms (see
http://e-government.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/assetRoot/04/01/04/10/04010410.pdf
and
http://e-government.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/Responsibilities/ElectronicDelivery/EDTArticle/fs/en?CONTENT_ID=4000265&chk=0xvB%2B4
)
Richard Allen asked a parliamentary question about it and uncovered the
fact that takeup of if has been awful:

Why isn't it free software? Would that have worked? Might it have made
all these purchases of proprietary cms s unnecessary? Is it a possible
campaign?
Cheers
Graham
