[Fsfe-uk] Wireless Telegraphy and 802.11?

"Wireless Telegraphy". There are currently six Acts relating to this 
subject including the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949. Do they effect 
wireless networking and could a reform "accidentally" lock out free 
software from wireless networking security?
