Peter Scargill, FSB National IT group Chairman has been responsive to my comments in the past, but I've not had time to pursue them for a few years and it doesn't look like they've done much relevant since. In fact, the end of his neutral factsheet has been updated to include rants about "struggle with support" which it would be good to fix.
