Heh!  In today's other news, following complaints from the catering, food 
processing and agricultural industries, the government has decided to tax 
people who grow edible plants in their gardens and window-boxes, keep 
chickens or other edible or dairy animals, or provide culinary services to 
their friends and relatives without charge.
