[Fsfe-uk] Free software forces Microsoft to support Welsh

The Welsh Language Board has just announced that MS is to fund versions of 
WinXP and MSOffice 2003 (there were earlier reports that it had looked - 
unsuccessfully, it would seem - for a grant to do this ...)
