 There is an EU commission who would be very interested in this information. Use the EU for all it's worth (a variable amount depending on who you talk to...)

President Blair has set a deadline of 2005 for all
gov depts and all local authorities to join the
government Gatesway architecture by buying boxes
running Windows 2000 Advanced Server, SQL Server 2000
and Biztalk Server.

So much for consultation processes :-(
