"Under an informal agreement reached last week with Microsoft, the
commission agreed to exclude open-source software developers from the
benefits of this remedy for the time being. In return, Microsoft vowed
to apply the remedy globally." 

Autrement, la représentante des affaires institutionnelles de Microsoft aurait 
déclaré au CSPLA, en substance : "si il y a des dispositions dans le projet 
de loi visant à favoriser le développement de l'interopérabilité des DRM, il 
n'y aura pas de DRM".

Il fallait oser ... Prochaine étape ? Sans doute le chantage à l'emploi.
