        Dans ce cas précis, je pense que l'auteur n'a pas compris et il
est probable que dans son idée tout usage commercial n'est pas couvert
par la GPL. Ce qui est ennuyeux c'est qu'il le met dans les notices de
copyright. 

        Ce qui rend probablement le logiciel non distribuable par des
tiers. L'auteur n'est pas en situation irreguliere car il n'est pas
soumis aux conditions qu'il impose.
