- salaire d'un thésé + 5 ans d'exp: $90,000

- temps d'analyse par brevet : ~20h, 50h max
- temps de 'veille' et de mise à jour des connaissances de l'examinateur 
: 1h toutes les 2 semaines

Quelques extraits :

Amusant (enfin, désolant) de voir comme Jefferson est souvent cité, 
alors que lui-même n'a jamais déposé de brevets (il considérait que ses 
inventions étaient des adpatations d'inventions existantes) et défendait 
un brevet très strict pour le seul intérêt de la publication et la 
diffusion de la connaissance, alors quasi nulles à l'époque.
