Pour moi cette clause est probablement illégale. Il me semble qu'un 
contrat ne peut pas être léonin. Bien que je ne sois pas juriste, je ne
pense pas qu'une clause qui dit "telle partie a le droit de résilier
le contrat unilatéralement et sans contrepartie, à son bon vouloir"
ait beaucoup de chances face à un tribunal d'un Etat de droit...

En d'autres termes : pgAdmin ne devrait pas compter sur la possibilité
de mettre cette clause à exécution.

Si quelqu'un veut confirmer ;)
