        Please note that the license of Meta HTML
http://www.gnu.org/directory/metahtml.html
        is UAI FREE SOFTWARE LICENSE
        and not GPL

        I had mails with Richard & Brian on this subject recently.

   TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COPYING, DISTRIBUTION AND MODIFICATION
