        Two possibilities. 

        Either you want a specific directory in www.gnu.org and
put all the stuff here (either an existing directory or a new one). In this
case you create a project on Savannah, choose the website only licence and
specify in the description part that you want this directory to be bound
to the project.

        Or you need to take over many directories/files in www.gnu.org
that already deal with educational things in which case the best solution
is to become a gnu webmaster by joining the savannah.gnu.org/projects/www/
group.

        What is best suited to your purpose ?
