And some of the citations are not in the proper style - It was formatted
by LaTeX2e to American Psychological Association rules, mandated by the
marking schedule - though that copy used the pub style. I can reformat
it to any other LaTeX style you like when I clean it up if you want? But
the file datestamp should be correct for date of publication for that
particular copy.
