Let me tell you about the idea of a free as in speech educational
system with payment can be built up. How the content can be under the
GFDL.
The students will download the content that is free as in speech,
the price of the beer they pay for themselves.
They can choose to pass it on, or to keep it to themselves.
The documents will be securly downloaded and orded from tutors who put
it together.
We make a catalog of courses, people sign up for a course, teachers
login and try and fulfill them. A secure certification system is used
to evaluate the teachers performace.

that will create a free teaching enviroment that will promote teachers
to write about the topic at hand.
