[Freetalk-dev] Distribute beep?

Hi,

beep.scm needs the 'beep' program to work. I don't think it's a very
common package that's installed by default on many systems. Since it
is just a small C program (~150 lines) and under GPL, should we just
distribute it with Freetalk and compile and install it if it's not on
the system?
