Hi
It's not critical , I can have the information in another way
I launch a first global ipmi-sensors with a grep <sensor name>
And after I launch ipmi-sensors -r <record ID>
It's a little heavy !

Hi Martine,
Currently ipmi-sensors does not have a mechanism to retrieve sensors by string
name, only by record ID (-r option), which is the first column of the
ipmi-sensors output.
Is reading via string name something you consider critical?
