The short answer is not anytime soon. The IPMI 2.0 spec states all IPMI
2.0 systems shall support IPMI 1.5. Given a number of older systems
support IPMI 1.5 but not IPMI 2.0, it makes sense to keep the default
IPMI 1.5.
I believe ipmitool and ipmiutil have this policy as well.
