o Add --assume-system-event-records to ipmi-sel to workaround HP DL
  380 G5 motherboards.
o In bmc-config, add workarounds for Dell Poweredge servers.
o In ipmi-oem, support additional Dell Poweredge OEM commands.
o In ipmi-oem, support additional Supermicro OEM commands.
o Document workarounds necessary for newer Supermicro motherboards.
o Fix several error output corner cases.
