[Freeipmi-devel] hostrange support committed

It's in CVS now for bmc-info, ipmi-senosrs, ipmi-sel, and ipmi-raw.  I
don't want to give too much info on it, hoping that people can easily
figure it out via the manpages.  If you can't figure it out, it means I
need to make the docs better.

I'm holding off on adding it for bmc-config.  Due to the nature of bmc-
config, I don't think it belongs in it right now.

Needless to say, it's not in ipmi-chassis and ipmi-pef since those are
still in development.
