| Is there any way / how difficult would it be to add an option to
| ipmi-sensors for it to output in the style it did for freeipmi
| 0.1.3?? The primary sys-admin for Thunder has gotten used to doing
| "sensors | grep -v OK" to get info on any sensor that is "bad".
|
| The core of the problem is there is no global "marker" that can be
| used to alert someone's eyes when they run the ipmi-sensors tool.
| Now, each line must be viewed individually. Any type of "marker"
| would be fine according to him. Even something as small as "[ ]"
| vs. "[X]" would be fine.

Thats a good suggestion. We can add "--alert" option to list only the
sensors that needs attention. Will that work?
