One thing that may also help is the 'dmidecode' application (provided
with RedHat EL 3).
It can show the IPMI Device's Interface Type and Address.

Do HP systems actually provide IPMI? I was under the impression they
used their proprietary ILO and RILOE interfaces. Are those going away?
