Hmmm, I originally modified  ipmi_lan_get_channel_auth_caps,
ipmi_lan_get_session_challenge, ipmi_lan_activate_session,
ipmi_lan_set_session_priv_level, and ipmi_lan_close_session so they
would have the same API style as the original ipmi_lan_cmd, but now I'm
thinking that's a mistake.  

We should have them have the same style, and modify other functions like
ipmi_open_lan_session() appropriately.
