After installation of "fish", you can find "sensors" and "bmc-config"
installed in the ${prefix}/sbin dir. Man pages are available for both
the utilities.

Whats new:
  - sms-io-base config option "$prefix/etc/fish/fish.scm"
  - sensors: sdr-repo-cache default path changed to /var/lib/ and
    supports config option in "sensors-conf.scm".
  - bmc-config: duplicate user-name check.
  - bmc-config: default password value is previous-password.
  - sensors: cache file lock and error on cache failure.
